New Prices Post April 6
With the April 6 removal of the requirement for all Local Personal Searches to carry insurance, all HIP companies will be increasing their price as the search prices go up. Unfortunately, we at ZipHip have had to do the same so from April 1, our HIP prices will increase by £50 to cover increased Local Authority disbursement prices.

Welcome to ZIPHIP, home of the low priced HIP
We know you don't want to buy a HIP - so we're here to make ordering your HIP as simple (and cheap!) as possible. All you need to do is click the order button above, fill in the information about your property (we'll use some of this inside the HIP) then choose your payment option and that's it.
You'll then be called by an Energy Assessor to make an appointment to visit your property and we'll usually have your HIP ready in about 10 days. For more information please check out our Further Info section at the top.
You need to order a Home Information Pack (HIP) before you can begin to market your property. On ordering your HIP, we provide you with proof of commissioning (your Estate Agent will ask to see this before they'll begin marketing your property) and access to your HIP page where you'll see the components of your HIP drop into place when ready.
We aim to make the whole process as pain-free as possible - on you and your pocket. So please drop us a mail if you have any comments or questions.
